Reiki is pronounced ‘Ray Key’ and means “Universal Life Force Energy”!

This system is a Japanese hands on healing system in which the gentle energy is based from the practitioner to the client while the practitioner gently places their hands on the client.

Reiki establishes a flow of energy or ki throughout the body which can enhance and speed up the body’s innate healing. Through a series of hand positions placed either on or just above the body the Reiki Practitioner which then allows the energy to flow into the recipients body. The Recipient will draw in as much of the Reiki energy as they need. Most people find Reiki to be very relaxing and beneficial

A Reiki treatment session usually last approximately one hour. During the session the client remains fully clothed, we do recommend that you wear something loose and comfortable and you will be asked to remove jewellery

Astramana Healing Services are proud to advise our clients that they can learn the loving art of Reiki as regular classes are held. All levels of Reiki are taught and upon completion of the training you will receive a certificate. All students will receive a comprehensive training manual.

Traditional Usui Reiki is taught in three parts, the third level is split into two parts. The following are taught;

• Usui Reiki Level One - 2 day workshop
• Usui Reiki Level Two- 1 day workshop
• Usui Reiki Level Three A( Master Practitioner level) - 1 day workshop
• Usui Reiki Level Three B ( Master Teacher Level)- 3  to 6 months
